The ticket holder will agree to the terms and conditions set out by the Solstice Festival and in association with The Stonehenge Campsite & Glamping Pods. To maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

The ticket holder will follow the fire regulations with regards to erecting all tents and agree to the 3-meter rule on space between tents, The Solstice Festival and the Campsite will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to ticket holder’s equipment or property.

The ticket holder agrees not to use any form of BBQ or fire pit other than the fire pit supplied by Stonehenge Campsite during the festival and will conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Any form of misconduct will result in the ticket holder and the rest of their party being escorted from the site, and NO refund will be given.

If the Solstice Festival is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, government restrictions or severe weather conditions), we will look to reschedule the event, in which case your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us by email (booking@solsticefest.co.uk), and we will be happy to discuss your options further.

All wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival. Any lost wristbands must be reported at once to the Solstice Festival Management team, where proof of ticket will be required. Failure to comply will result in you being escorted from the festival site.

All grass camping pitches during the festival are non-electric. Electric pitches are only available on the hardstanding pitches, grass pitches with electricity are only available for medical reasons due to the limited amount, and the chargeable rate is £5.00 per day.

Dogs are only permitted with a prior written agreement. They must be exercised off-site and kept on a short lead of no more than 3 meters at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the Bell Tent Arena or the grounds of any of the Glamping units on site.

The Campsite Toilet facilities are closed during the festival and will remain closed for the duration of the festival. Clean WCs and showers can be found in the adjacent field, with additional WCs located at the top of the Campfire field.

No music is permitted other than what the festival supplies; live performances take place daily from around midday and are located in the barn.

Group booking of 10 or more are permitted and will receive a 10% discount per standard ticket price, all other offers will not be accepted on a group booking.

Ticket (A) Stonehenge Coach travel to the stones is on Thursday evening from 21.00 pm—23.00 pm and is only permitted for festival ticket holders with overnight accommodation. Festival day tickets (if on sale) do not allow travel via coach to the stones. Travel to the Stones for day ticket holders is available for £10.00 each way and must be purchased in advance only.

Ticket (B) Avebury This ticket is valid for travel to Avebury only and will be operated by a third party. Departure time from the site is between 8.00 pm & 11.00 pm. Return times are to be announced by the operator. NO travel without a valid ticket. Ticket B is a limited-stock item.

The Stonehenge Solstice Festival is a drug free zone, any ticket holder in possession of illegal drugs will be reported to the police as we have a zero-tolerance policy on drug use on The Campsite.

No drumming is permitted after 11.00 pm without prior agreement from the management; no noise is allowed after midnight or before 09.00 am; please respect our neighbours. Thank you.

All tents must show a valid tent tag. Any tent not showing a valid tag will be removed and disposed of, and the campsite or the festival will not be held responsible for such action.

All ticket holders are responsible for supplying their sleeping arrangements as a tent or motorhome/campervan unless they have booked for a glamping pod or Bell tent, where additional charges apply.

Ticket price includes camping to the value of tickets purchased. For example – 2 tickets allow a 2-man tent and oversized tents are chargeable at the rate of £25 per night.

Departure will be on the 22nd of June by midday. All departures after this time will fall under the remit of Stonehenge Campsite, and charges will apply for all late departures.

Refunds

Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, then a face-value refund will be given
